165 Hines Terrace

Welcome home to this beautiful residence in the sought after Historic Vineville Neighborhood. Originally constructed in 1900, and yet the roof was installed this year, the HVACs 1 and 2 years ago, the water heater just a few years before that! Step inside and take in the wonderful details of soaring ceilings (on both levels), a classic living room and dining room that flows into a large open kitchen with views into the den and on the back, screened porch. The main level features a primary suite with a beautiful, Portuguese inspired bathroom, a half bath for guests and a study. Then, upstairs features three bedrooms, a bathroom, reading nook, and a screened door for fresh, fall air. The large, screened porch on the back is perfect for defeting summer mosquitoes, but this time of year will have you enjoying cozy nights around the fire pit or building in the wired two story garage. The seller raised a family and enjoyed many happy seasons here and now it is ready for you to do the same. Call today!
